The Institute for Local Government Management (iLGM) hosted a ground-breaking 3-day National Strategy Conference at the Coastlands Umhlanga Hotel, Durban from 05 to 07 June 2011, where municipal leaders and local government stakeholders mapped out a way forward for the capacitation and professionalization of all municipalities in the country.
